Our consultants are professional in collecting independent recommendations, conducting behavioral interviews, running assessment centers, incl 360, and are certified in various assessment tools like Hogan, Detech, Myers Briggs, etc. Recently we’ve been certified in  BasePro assessment tool. We are technology agnostic, we do not have our own developments, so we do not try to impose a tool on the client.  As consultants, we always choose the best approach for assessment that resonates with the client’s internal processes and culture, and which is also the most valid & suitable for the case.
