Graduated from Leningrad State University, Faculty of Philology. Business education — ChicagoBooth (Graduate School of Business Chicago University). IAOP Certified Expert in Outsourcing and Effective Organization Transformation. One of the first Russian women, business leaders, placed at the head of the European region. Since 1996 works in the field of organizational management, business transformation and talent management. Natalia and the team have always been on the cutting edge introducing the most innovative & technological solutions in the HR sphere that brings efficiency & impact Clients’ businesses positively. She was first to introduce RPO and MSP solutions in Russia during the Olympics in Sochi that was a fundamentally right approach that ensured successful staffing of the Olympics.
Since 2007 Natalia has been a member of the jury of significant awards in the field of talent management — “HR Brand of the Year” and “Crystal Pyramid”. She spends much attention on social work – she is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Life Line charitable foundation and official representative of Agency of Strategic Initiatives. For socially significant work she was awarded the Order of St. Anastasia.
Natalia is fond of mountain skiing, horse riding, mountaineering. In 2014, she became the 7th woman in Russia to climb the summit of Everest.
